Help for shop owners and staff using stock, barcode, expiry, price and invoice tools.

Contact support

Email admin@krakowminimarket.co.uk and include your shop name, the affected screen and a description of what happened. Do not include passwords.

Barcode or camera problems

• Allow camera access in the phone’s browser or app settings.
• Use good lighting and hold the barcode flat inside the scanning frame.
• Type the complete barcode manually if scanning is unavailable.

Expiry information

Always follow the date and storage instructions printed on the physical product. Stock Manager Plus is an organisational aid and does not replace label checks.
