Service provider

These terms apply to Stock Manager Plus and related services supplied by KRAKOW MINI MARKET FLINT LIMITED, company number 15707859.

Authorised use

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials and use the service only for lawful stock-management purposes. Shop owners are responsible for selecting staff permissions and reviewing their records.

Product and expiry records

The service assists with stock organisation. Users remain responsible for checking physical product labels, storage conditions, legal requirements and use-by or best-before dates before selling or removing products.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our control may cause interruptions.

Accounts

We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, data or the service. Account-deletion requests can be submitted through the account deletion page.
